In May of 25, I put up a post about Shiloh Hendrix. She was dealing with a Somalian child stealing from her at a park. Shiloh acted like a mother who was not going to put up with bad behavior. A Somali at the park confronted her and started filming her. During the altercation, she invoked what I have taken to calling the Wakandan Holy Word.
Needless to say, the internet was in an uproar and calls for her to be utterly destroyed made the rounds.
The irony of liberals calling for lynch mobs is not lost on me.
But the backlash was impressive. A lot of people in this country donated to a fundraising drive that she used to get her family out of that shitty neighborhood. It would have been nice if that had been the end of it but the race hustlers of the NAACP were determined to get blood from her and filed a lawsuit. Sadly, we do not live in a civilized world where a judge would look at this case and say “You have two seconds to withdraw your complaint or the bailiff is going to give you a wood shampoo” followed by an angry lecture about the First Amendment.
The trial went ahead and she was charged with disorderly conduct against the child and the child molester that was filming her. Yesterday, the verdict was handed down: Guilty for disorderly conduct against the man operating the camera, supervised probation, 90 days in jail which will be stayed, serve 200 hours of community work service, and is also ordered to pay a $1000 fine.
We all know that if it had been a black woman using slurs against a white man, this never would have made it to trial. Or if it had, the guilty verdict would have touched off a Summer of Love. This is basically telling people “You have no right to protect your children if minorities are causing problems.” And the end result of these actions are not going to be as wonderful as the proponents think.
And I hope a second fundraiser covers the legal fees and the ridiculous penalty.
