“Nonexistent” Voter Fraud Does Exist, And It Can Change Election Results

In Alabama, Dothan District 2 City Commissioner Amos Newsome–a Democrat–was arrested yesterday for assaulting a WTVY reporter who was questioning Newsome about voter fraud allegations.

Here’s the video:

Voter fraud? VOTER FRAUD!?!? That doesn’t happen! Or so we’re told. Except when it does.

Newsome defeated his opponent Lamesa Danzey by 14 votes in 2013. Absentee ballot totals were the trigger for the investigation into possible voter fraud. A total of 124 absentee ballots were cast in the race–119 for Newsome and only 5 for Danzey.

Three people have already been convicted in this case, and a fourth is still awaiting trial. The most recent action was against Newsome’s long-time girlfriend Olivia Reynolds, who was convicted of 24 counts of voter fraud.

This is a perfect example of how “nonexistent” voter fraud does actually exist and can affect election results.
